Magnicats Cattery was established in 1998. Our first cat was a Red Classic Tabby Persian, which was a gift for our daughter from her grandmother who has been breeding cats for some 30 plus years. This particular Persian's name was Chez Mana Romeo of Magnicats. Soon after getting him we neutered him and my daughter began going to shows with her grandmother and grandfather. That was only the beginning. I then started going as well and immediately got hooked hook, line and sinker.

Ever since then we have been breeding Award winning Persians including placing in the top 25 for our region which is : CFA Gulf Shore Region 3 encompassing the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas (South of the 38th parallel), Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee (West of the Tennessee River), Texas and Wyoming. and have had quite wonderful success doing so. In addition we have also won placement at the International Cat Show held annually and is attended by thousand from around the world. It is a fun, challenging hobby that requires a lot of work and a lot of tender love and care.

I have been the President of our local cat club Bougalie Rebels Cat Club for four years and as a club we conduct one show per year in the New Orleans, Louisiana area. I have been our show manager for five years.

I also own my own business in the Air and Water Purification Industry. We carry products using the world's latest technology in Air and Water Purification. This is an industry that goes hand in hand with owning animals in controlling the smell and eliminating bacteria and viruses for humans and animals.
